Both yummy and packed full of nutrients. Don’t leave out the parsley. It might sound strange, but it works wonderfully with the kiwi!
2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
1 kiwi peeled
3 leaves laticino kale, washed and deribbed
1.5 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
splash of orange juice or milk if you want it a little thinner or sweeter
1 tsp fresh ground chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp fresh ground flax seeds (optional)
Place everything in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
