Recipe: Super Pear Smoothie

Super Pear Smoothie

1 large Warren pear, de-stemmed and cut in half
1/2 an avocado
1/2 cup water (more if needed)
2 TBS flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
2 scoops whey powder
3/4 cup frozen strawberries


In a high powered blender combine the pear, avo-
cado, and water and blend until smooth. Add in the

flax seeds and spirulina and blend until well combined
and the seeds have been crushed. Add the whey
powder and strawberries and blend until thick and
creamy. If you need to add a little more water for
blending, do so slowly to the consistency you like.
