Ingredients
2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
1 kiwi peeled
3 leaves laticino kale, washed and deribbed
1.5 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
splash of orange juice or milk if you want it a little thinner or sweeter
1 tsp fresh ground chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp fresh ground flax seeds (optional)
Preparation
Place everything in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
Both yummy and packed full of nutrients. Don't leave out the parsley. It might sound strange, but it works wonderfully with the kiwi!
