Recipe: Cranberry, Tangerine and Rosemary Soda

Ingredients

Rosemary simple syrup: 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup water   Finished Soda: 3 rosemary sprigs, lightly bruised 1 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice 1 1/3 cups cranberry juice 2 cups club soda rosemary sprigs for garnish

Preparation

To start your soda, make the rosemary simple syrup. To make the syrup, place the sugar and water in a small pot, simmering until sugar dissolves, stirring  occasionally. Next, stir in the rosemary, remove from heat, cover, and allow mixture to steep together for 1-2 hours. Remove and discard the rosemary  sprigs before chilling simple syrup in the refrigerator. To prepare your drinks, fill 4 glasses with ice. Pour 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup into each glass. Then, top with 1/4 cup of tangerine juice and add 1/3 cup of cranberry juice. Finish each drink with club soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
