Seasonal Supper_87 This recipe comes to us from our friends at the Pacific Coast Farmer’s Market Association. They prepared this delicious desert at their recent Seasonal Supper event. Stay tuned for pictures from the event.

Ingredients

(Serves 4) 9 oz of finely grated parmesan 3 cups of heavy whipping cream 1 tsp. of lemon zest Black pepper to taste 1 half cup pistachios (or other favorite nut) 3 tablespoons honey Your favorite pears from Frog Hollow Farm

Preparation

Add parmesan,whipping cream, lemon zest and pepper in a bowl and set over medium low heat. Whisk for 15-20 minutes, until it slightly thickens. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a 4 cup bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. Serve with slices of Frog Hollow Pears, honey and your favorite nuts.
