Anna's Farm lunch

Ingredients

1 small garlic, minced 1 tbsp orange juice 3 generous pinches of salt 3 TBSP of Frog Hollow Farm olive oil Salad: Mixed greens including kale, mustard, and red romaine, finely chopped 1⁄2 an Avocado diced 2 oranges, supremed 1 serving of vermicelli noodles, cooked and chilled A pinch of salt

Method: 

Combine ingredients, toss with dressing, and eat.
