Recipe: Burrata Cheese with Butter Suateed Santa Rosa Plums

Ingredients 1 large ball of Burrata cheese 6 Frog Hollw Santa Rosa plums pitted and quartered, sautéed quickly and browned in good butter 1/4 cup pistachios, toasted 1 tbs. of shaved Sorel or any herb you like Quality Aceto Balsamico to taste Frog Hollow olive oil to taste Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Method On a cold plate, compose the ingredients by plating it to your liking. Serve with grilled bread or enjoy it as is.
