On the subscription options page, click on the bi-weekly delivery link under the share size you select.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>This isn\u2019t the right amount of fruit for me, can I downsize or upgrade?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>We encourage you to use the Auto-Renew option initially to find what size share best fits your needs. Once you have committed to a season as a Sustaining Member, you can pay a pro-rated amount to upgrade your box to a larger size. If a certain size fits your needs most of the time but you occasionally need extra fruit, you can always schedule an add-on box of fruit for an increase on the week you specify.<\/p>\r\n<p>Mini Share: Suitable for group \/ household of 1-2<br>\r\nSingle Share: Suitable for group \/ household of 2-4.<br>\r\nDouble Share: Suitable for group \/ household of 4-6<br>\r\nTriple Share: Suitable for large families, workplaces, or voracious fruitarians!<\/p>\r\n<p>If a mini share is still too much fruit, consider bi-weekly delivery. You can extend the life of some fruits if properly refrigerated so you\u2019ll have plenty to enjoy when picking up every other week<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>How do vacation holds work?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>We understand that there will be times when you are not able to receive your delivery, which is why we accommodate vacation holds. Vacation holds must be placed by 11:59pm the Friday before your next scheduled delivery via your online account.  You may email <a href=\"mailto:csa@froghollow.com\">csa@froghollow.com<\/a> to request a hold the week before your scheduled delivery.  However, if not given appropriate time to place the hold, we cannot be held responsible.<br>  \r\nSHARE THE LOVE: Arrange to have a neighbor, friend, or family member pick up your CSA box. They\u2019ll love you even more for sharing such amazing fruit!<br>\r\nHOLD THE DELIVERY: Auto Renew members may choose to hold their delivery via their online account and will not be charged for held boxes.<br> \r\nCREDIT: Sustaining Members may hold their deliveries.  The delivery held will be put into your account as a credit, which will be used at the end of your existing purchase for the next consecutive delivery.<br>\r\nDONATE: We have a great relationship with The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and donate fruit on a weekly basis. If you\u2019re going out of town and would like to donate your fruit, we will arrange the donation under your name.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>How do I place a Hold or Donation?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>First, remember you must place the hold via your online account  by 11:59pm Friday the week prior to your next delivery or the software won\u2019t allow you to place the hold.<br>\r\nPlease see our <a href=\"http:\/\/happychildcsa.com\/froghollowCSA\/membership-guide\/\">How To\u2019s<\/a> page in the Membership Guide for instructions on how to place a hold.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>How do I cancel my CSA Subscription?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/happychildcsa.com\/\">Happychildcsa.com<\/a>, select the Manage Account tab. Log into your CSA account using your email and password. Once you are logged in, you will reach a Member Dashboard page.<br>\r\nFrom the Member Dashboard Page, choose the View\/Modify subscription link. Select the season you wish to cancel. That page will open to another detailed page about your subscription.<br>\r\nIn small font at the top of the page, there is a [modify] link. Click on that link to get to the cancellation page. From here, you can cancel your account.<br>\r\nSorry to see you go!<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>What do I do with the box my fruit comes in?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>You are free to take the box with you and bring it back to your CSA site the following week. The boxes are perfect for transporting your fruit, but you can leave the box at the site and transfer your fruit to your own container if you\u2019d like. Each week the CSA delivery driver will pick-up returned boxes and bring them back to the farm, where we sort and reuse.<\/p>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-plus su-spoiler-closed\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Can I take the cooler the eggs and pastries come in home with me?<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-clearfix\" style=\"display:none\">\r\n<p>If you order eggs or pastries, please leave the coolers at the sites! We will pick them up and reuse them.
