Add the brown sugar and stir until the sugar is melted into the butter.  Add the Clementine zest and the Clementine or orange juice and cook until the pear is just tender \u2013 about 5 minutes.  Remove the pear from the saucepan and set aside.  Stir the butter and sugar mixture until it becomes syrupy.  \n\nServe the sauce over the pears.
