We couldn\u2019t be more excited to host our second annual Fall Harvest Festival. As it\u2019s still a new tradition, we are happy to watch it grow and evolve.\u00a0\"\"<\/a>\n\nWe\u2019re gearing up to offer all of our old favorites activities. Becky is getting ready for her pie making demonstra- tion and the pumpkin patch is under- way. Lael and Jen are making sure we get all our materials and staff in place. And of course the real star of the show, our Pink Lady apples are just waiting to be picked. The trees are loaded!\n\nAnd we\u2019ll have the pleasure of welcoming back our friends from the Mt. Diablo String Band! If you haven\u2019t heard them yet, you\u2019re in for a treat. They are a good ol\u2019 fashion Old Time string band\n\ncomplete with banjo, fiddle, guitar, man- dolin and stand up bass. At the wrap up of our Summer Pick & Jam event this year, Corbin, one of the band members, even taught a few folks some square dancing moves. Ask them nicely and you just might have the privilege yourself.\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\nThis year, Molly, our resident \u00a0crafter, is working on sprucing up \u00a0the event. Molly and the lovely \u00a0ladies from our pack- ing shed \u00a0made hand tied fabric garlands to \u00a0add festivity to the packing shed. \u00a0Make sure and look for Molly at \u00a0the kid\u2019s craft station to let her \u00a0know what you think.\n\nWe hope to see you this Sunday, \u00a0October 13th for the Fall Harvest \u00a0Festival.\n\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
