Michelle found\u00a0Frog Hollow CSA just over a year\u00a0ago. She'd always loved the idea of\u00a0joining a CSA but worried her family wouldn\u2019t be able to eat quite so many\u00a0veggies each week. She was delighted\u00a0to discover Frog Hollow CSA at Town\u00a0School for Boys in San Francisco. A\u00a0box full of delicious fruit - now that\u00a0was something her family would definitely eat.\n\n\"MCW_Family\"<\/a>\n\nWe had the pleasure of spending a Sunday at her Yoga studio in San\u00a0Francisco\u2019s Presidio district a couple of weeks ago. She\u2019s created a very\u00a0special yoga practice - yoga designed for kids!\n\nMichelle discovered yoga in the early 1990s and has been hooked ever\u00a0since. At the start of her career she worked in corporate sales and marketing, but after her children were born, she was eager for a change of\u00a0pace. Then, one fateful day while resting in Savasana<\/em>, the vision for her\u00a0company popped into her head.\n\n10 years later, It\u2019s Yoga Kids is a thriving business. They offer yoga\u00a0instruction to kids and of all ages and abilities. In addition to classes\u00a0offered at the San Francisco yoga studio, It\u2019s Yoga Kids teachers bring\u00a0Michelle and her children\u00a0their curriculum to after school programs\u00a0across the bay and in Los Angeles. They even\u00a0do private events. Cool huh?\n\nMost recently Michelle has begun to share\u00a0her practice with fellow yoga instructors by\u00a0creating an It's Yoga Kids Teacher Training\u00a0Program.
