It has a firmer texture than the Santa Rosa with a crisp almost crunchy \u00a0mouthfeel. One of our most hardy fruit, the Emerald Beaut just gets sweeter and sweeter without losing texture as it ages.\r\n\r\n<strong>Flavor Treat Pluots<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThese large, late-season pluots are reddish-purple over tender, yellow flesh that's \u00a0extremely juicy.\r\n\r\n<strong>Flavor Heart Pluot<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe Flavor Heart gets its name from its distinctively tapered shape. Its meaty, pale \u00a0yellow flesh is very low in acid and the sweetness and color contrasts strikingly with its \u00a0dark purple almost black skin.\r\n\r\n<strong>Hosui Pears<\/strong>\r\n\r\nHosui have flesh, that while still crunchy has a more melting mouthful, making the \u00a0texture combination when eaten out of hand spectacular. Very juicy and sweet with \u00a0a milder pear taste, their round shape and beautiful golden hue make them ideal for \u00a0presentation with a distinctively Autumnal feel.\r\n\r\n<strong>Warren Pears<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe Warren is to our pears as the Cal Red is to our peaches. This is Frog \u00a0Hollow Farm's signature pear and for good reason. Too difficult to grow for most \u00a0farmers to consider it's never caught on commercially but Farmer Al has never shied \u00a0away from putting the time and effort into a fruit that tastes so good. It has a classic \u00a0European texture, very soft and juicy with a silky sweetness that avoids the typical \u00a0grittiness found in most pears.\r\n\r\n<strong>Heirloom Apples<\/strong>\r\n\r\nWe grow a few varieties of heirloom apples, but not enough of each variety to pack \u00a0everyone the same ones. You will receive some configuration of these varieties \u2013 Cox\u2019s \u00a0Orange Pippin, Ashmead\u2019s Kernel, Belle de Boskoop, and Jonathan.\r\n\r\n<strong>Lamb Hass Avocado<\/strong>\r\n<em>Abounding Harvest Mountain Farm, Los Gatos CA\u00a0<\/em>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Lamb-Hass is a cross between the traditional Hass and a Gwen (Dwarf ) \u00a0Avocado.
