They prepared this delicious desert at their recent Seasonal Supper\u00a0event. Stay tuned for pictures from the event.\n<h4><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n(Serves 4)\n\n9 oz of finely grated parmesan\n\n3 cups of heavy whipping cream\n\n1 tsp. of lemon zest\n\nBlack pepper to taste\n\n1 half cup pistachios (or other favorite nut)\n\n3 tablespoons honey\n\nYour favorite pears from Frog Hollow Farm\n<h4><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\nAdd parmesan,whipping cream, lemon zest and pepper in a bowl and\u00a0set over medium low heat. Whisk for 15-20 minutes, until it slightly\u00a0thickens.\n\nStrain through a fine mesh sieve into a 4 cup bowl. Cover and refrigerate\u00a0over night.
