Grate 1 tablespoon\u00a0orange zest, then cut orange into wedges. On a rimmed baking\u00a0sheet, toss together orange zest and wedges, fennel, bell pepper,\u00a0and oil and arrange in an even layer. Add salmon with salt and\u00a0pepper. Broil until vegetables are browned in spots and salmon is\u00a0opaque throughout, 8 to 10 minutes.
