Thanks Mario!\u00a0<\/em>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<strong>Salad:<\/strong>\n1 package of sheep\u2019s milk Halloumi cheese from Cypress. Sliced into desired thickness, saut\u00e9ed in a non-stick pan until browned\n1 basket of Frog Hollow strawberries, sliced into wheels\n10 leaves of mint, smaller size\n10 leaves of basil, smaller size\n1 tbs. of bee pollen\nkosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste\n\n<strong>Dressing:<\/strong>\nZest of a lime or lemon to taste\nLime or lemon juice to taste\nHoney to taste\nGood quality olive oil to taste\nKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste\n\n<strong>Method:<\/strong>\nPlace salad ingredients on a chilled flat plate.\u00a0Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle it on top of the salad.\u00a0Serve immediately.\n\n&nbsp;","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe comes to us from our friend, Mario Ishii Hernandez.
