Bright yellow with hardly no blush to\u00a0speak of, the Summerset is a freestone that boasts a bold flesh that\u00a0has a strong peach flavor. Sweet and juicy but with a tart, acidic\u00a0bite, it makes for a nice contrast as a follow-up to the extremely\u00a0sweet Cal Red. The Summerset has a nicely firm texture that freez-\r\nes well and is a favorite of ours to bake with.\r\n\r\n<strong>August Fire Nectarines<\/strong>\r\n\r\nElegantly shaped and rich in flavor, with deep red skin and warm\u00a0orange flesh.\r\n\r\n<strong>Emerald Beaut Plums<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA freestone plum, the Emerald Beaut is a delicate green that turns\u00a0golden with a hint of a blush. It has a firmer texture than the\u00a0Santa Rosa with a crisp almost crunchy mouthfeel. One of our\u00a0most hardy fruit, the Emerald Beaut just gets sweeter and sweeter\u00a0without losing texture as it ages.\r\n\r\n<strong>Flavor Heart Pluots<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe Flavor Heart gets its name from its distinctively tapered\u00a0shape. Its meaty, pale yellow flesh is very low in acid and the\u00a0sweetness and color contrasts strikingly with its dark purple almost\u00a0black skin.\r\n\r\n<strong>Flame Seedless Grapes<\/strong>\r\n\r\nFirm, large, and sweet the Flame Seedless are one of the most\u00a0popular varieties in North America. Enjoy these out of hand or try\u00a0them in green salads, chicken salads or fruit salads.\r\n\r\n<strong>Hosui Asian Pears<\/strong>\r\n\r\nHosui have flesh that while still crunchy has a more melting\u00a0mouthful, making the texture combination when eaten out of hand\u00a0spectacular.
