Under its thick skin you'll find\r\n\r\nan aromatic juicy flesh with a perfect sweet tart flavor. Brighten up your savory\r\n\r\nsalads or include the juice in your vinaigrettes.\r\n\r\n<strong>Fuji Apple<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<em>Cuyama, New Cuyama,CA<\/em>\r\n\r\nFujis are a cross between Red Delicious and Ralls Janet, an heirloom apple\u00a0dating back to Thomas Jefferson. They are one of the sweetest variety apples\u00a0around making them a household favorite.\r\n\r\n<strong>Pink Lady Apple<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<em>Cuyama, New Cuyama, CA<\/em>\r\n\r\nPink Lady\u2019s are a cross between the Golden Delicious and Lady Williams.\u00a0They are a crisp and juicy apple with a tart finish. Pink skins and a creamy\u00a0white colored flesh that resists browning make this an excellent apple for salads\u00a0and slicing.\r\n\r\n<strong>Meyer Lemon<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<em>Abounding Harvest Mountain Farm, Los Gatos, CA<\/em>\r\n\r\nMeyers are sweeter in flavor, lower in acid, and have more juice than the\u00a0standard lemon. A wonderful addition to hot water on a cold morning and\u00a0super for adding flavor to savory or sweet dishes.\r\n\r\n<strong>Jincheng Orange<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<em>Abounding Mountain Harvest Farm, Los Gatos, CA<\/em>\r\n\r\nOne of the most popular oranges in China where it is called the Golden\u00a0Orange.
