One of the most beautiful here at Frog Hollow\u00a0Farm. Everything has been washed clean from the recent rains. Even though\u00a0the sun was shining I felt like I was living in a water world. The day dawned\u00a0foggy with the air dripping with moisture. The ground is soggy and saturated\u00a0with the rain that fell last week, dew drops glisten in the tall green grass and\u00a0every leaf is dripping tear drops of joy. By mid-afternoon I could see a hundred miles in every direction, the air was crisp and sparkling so I decided to\u00a0spend it with my oldest daughter, Maddie. We went out into the fields of our\r\n\r\nWinter Garden looking for anything and everything that was ripe and ready\u00a0to eat. We found 2 kinds of kale, 3 different kinds of lettuces, radishes, turnips,\u00a0cabbage. And while we were picking our amazing bounty we were both stung\u00a0by stingy nettles \u2013 a first and nasty \u2013 experience for Maddie.
