From Farmer Al

Dear Members,

To make strong headway into our goals of creating a stronger community and connection between the farm and our members, we are looking for volunteers to form a CSA advisory board. If you are interested in bringing your talent and your ideas to helping shape our CSA as it grows, please email Jeff Bordes at jeff@froghollow.com.

Our CSA is full of intelligent, talented people, and as we are planning events to benefit our members in areas such as learning how to prune trees or farming organically, I’d like to ask members to also consider what they can teach us and their fellow members. Anyone with good ideas or knowledge in core areas of interest to our CSA community—increasing sustainability and energy conservation come to mind—I would like to invite you to contact us so we can coordinate an event.

I am encouraged by all the feedback the CSA has been getting and am already seeing the results of our push to better communicate with our members. Please continue to send us articles, recipes, suggestions, and your dreams of what this CSA can become.

Warm Regards,

Signature of Farmer Al
