Farmer Al and family are out of town this week attending a family wedding. So, my report from the orchards will be brief.
We were all very excited to arrive to the farm this morning with the sun shining down—and according to the meteorologists, today’s clear skies may be here for a while. As you‘ve been seeing in Farmer Al’s newsletters, this is what we’ve all been waiting for.
Now that it feels like Spring has arrived, we know you’ll be thinking (and maybe dreaming) about our cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, etc… Shortly you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for the 2011 Spring/Summer CSA Subscription. As an existing CSA member, you’ll be given a credit for continuing your subscription. Please let us know if you have any questions.
We really do depend on you, as our shareholder, to grow as a CSA. We have new fliers designed. If you’d like to receive some to hand out to your friends and family—please let us know.
