Ingredients
1/2 pint strawberries
1 to 1 -1/2 cups cream or half and half
1 tablespoon cacoa nibs
Preparation
Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them. Divide the berries between 2 bowls and pour the cream or half and half over top. Sprinkle with cacoa nibs and serve.
This would also be delicious with lightly sweetened creme fraiche or whipped cream.
