Ingredients:
4 ripe apricots, quartered, pits removed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp agave, maple syrup or honey
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in blender and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. This gives the oats and chia seeds a chance to soak. Then blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
