Farm Focus: A Note From Farmer Al

Dear CSA Members,

Last week we sent Pink Lady apples that had some worm damage. At the time we were packing them, the damage appeared minimal and that it would not negatively impact the eating experience, but appearances can be deceiving.

Some of you may have gotten apples that were unacceptable by any standard and I’m very sorry for that. It was an error of judgement on my part. I’m enclosing an extra pound of apples in this week’s box for all members, as an expression of my thanks to all of you for your continuing support of Frog Hollow Farm.

Signature of Farmer Al
