Baked Asian Pear Chips

Ingredients:
2 ripe asian pears
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Begin slicing the Asian pears into very thin slices, starting from the stem and ending at the bottom. Be sure to remove any seeds from the pears. You may use a mandolin to make the slicing easier.
- Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper or a silicone mat.Place the asian pear slices onto the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle both sides of the Asian pear with the cinnamon.
- Bake the Asian pears for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and flip over to other side.
- Bake for another hour.
- Remove from over and flip once more.
- Bake for another hour.
- Turn off the heat and allow the slices to cooloff in the oven (approximately for an hour).
- Remove from oven and serve or store in an airtight container.
