Winter Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 3-4 leaves laticino kale, washed and ribs removed
- 1.5 tablespoons parsley leaves
- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- splash of orange juice if you want it a little thinner or sweeter
- 1 tsp fresh ground chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh ground flax seeds (optional)
Method:
Place everything in the blender and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately.
